I returned an item to you. When will I receive my refund?
Due to the spread of COVID-19, we have taken measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff. These include temporarily closing our NYC showroom to visitors, and reducing the pace of order fulfillment and shipments to safeguard our employees.
We are currently shipping orders two to three times a week
We normally process returns within 5 business days of arriving at our warehouse. However, please allow up to 7 business days during peak times.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days in the US), product inspection at our returns facility (2-5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (3-7 business days depending on the banking institution).
Once your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your refund. We issue refunds in the form of payment used to make the purchase.
If you choose to be refunded in store credit, this will be available immediately after we process your return.
