Absolutely. We are happy to honor the same 30-day return & exchange policy on all regular price items. While we offer free shipping on all orders, please note that international returns should be shipped to us at your cost. Custom orders, underwear/hosiery and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Should you decide to return an order for refund, please note that No Man Walks Alone cannot be responsible for any shipment costs, customs duties or other fees associated with international return shipments, and that if any such costs are incurred, they will be deducted from your refund.
For US orders, please start your return at http://nomanwalksalone.happyreturns.com and follow instructions to return your items. You will be able to download and print a prepaid return label to affix to your package.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all packaging, including the No Man Walks Alone tag still attached.
We cannot accept returns of shoes which are scuffed, scratched or otherwise show signs of wear. We recommend that you try on the shoes on a carpet or other soft surface.
