What carrier do you use for shipping? How do I track my order?Updated a year ago
UPS and FedEx are our couriers for all US domestic shipments. Colissimo, UPS and DHL are our preferred couriers for EU shipments.
Our packages typically do not require a signature upon delivery. You will receive an e-mail containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped. You can always visit your account to check the most up-to-date status of your order.
USPS or UPS are our preferred carriers for all Canadian shipments - you will have the option between these at checkout. Please note that you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
